All items/products other than personalized items will be accepted within 15 days of the shipping date.
Defect in any item shipped (if any) can be replaced within 15 days of the shipping.
We recommend our customers use a shipping mode with valid tracking number so that we can monitor the tracking and ensure receipt of the item.
Note that we do not do repairs. If you are not satisfied with your product (poor operation or manufacturing defect), please send it back to us and we shall have it replaced within 15 days of the shipping date.
A customer must obtain Return Authorization Number- (RAN) from our customer service before returning the item.
